Use the 'Call Snippy's' button

The 'Call Snippy's' button allows you to set up a mission without opening up Snippy's site in an extra window. It is therefore a great tool to make your life easier.

Once you have installed it by following this installation guide, you can call Snippy's from your internet browser. To do that, you have to be browsing the description page of the item you are targeting. Here are some description pages screenshots:
- eBay
- Delcampe
- Yahoo! Singapore

When you click on the button, a mini-window shows up, in which you can simply provide your missions settings. Once they are submitted, the mini-window disappears, your mission is saved and you can just go on with your auction site browsing.

Here are the steps for Microsoft edge:

1. Display the favorites bar
Click the three little dots in the far right-hand corner. Click Settings at the very bottom. The choose 'Show the favorites bar' > On

2. Create a favorite in the favorites bar
Go to https://www.snippys.net/Tools.aspx and then click on the star in the URL bar. Name the favorite 'Call Snippy's' and save it in the Favorites bar.

3. Edit the favorite
In the favorites bar, right click on the newly created favorite and select 'Edit URL'. Replace the URL with:
javascript:void(window.open('https://www.snippys.net/Private/QuickBid.aspx?objURL='+escape(location.href),'Snippy','width=400,height=320,resizable=yes'))
It should all appear on one line.

4. Allow the popup
The first time you click on the favorite, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen saying that a popup was blocked. Select 'Always allow'.

Let us know if you have any problem with any of these steps.

You should press the 'Call Snippy's' button only when you are browsing the auction website. Once you display a page that describes an item you want to snipe, click the button to set up the snipe directly inside the popup.

After step 1, your favorites bar should always be visible.
After step 2, the button should appear in your favorites bar.
After step 3, it should be operational.

Therefore, when you are browsing the item page, just click on the button in your favorites bar and it should work.
